Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paid plans are paid by bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS, or UPI). Submit your UTR or transaction reference in the app for verification. Paid features activate after an administrator verifies the payment.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan stays free. Pro and Business are paid plans you can choose from Subscription & Billing in the app.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

If you reach a plan limit, new creates that would go over it are blocked until you upgrade. Existing records stay available.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

Do you offer discounts for annual subscriptions?

Yes. Pro is ₹9,999 per year (₹1,989 less than twelve monthly payments). Business is ₹24,999 per year (₹4,989 less than twelve monthly payments).
